Responsibilities

• Bake breads, donuts, muffins, cookies and other pastries according to production sheets and assist in production planning.
• Ensure proper food preparation by using approved recipes and production standards.
• Complete production records, track waste and shortages, inform supervisor when supplies are low.
• Maintain presentation, food quality, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Keep equipment, supplies and workstation clean and organized.
• Handle food items safely following all sanitation regulations and OSHA standards.
• Clean equipment and workspace thoroughly before leaving the area.
• Keep up with peak production calmly, accurately and efficiently.
