Job summary

Tim Hortons in Victoria, BC is seeking a Baker to join our restaurant team. Part-time or full-time shifts include early mornings, with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

You will handle baking and food prep, maintain product freshness, and ensure accurate logging in the production sheet. A friendly, detail-oriented attitude helps deliver consistent Tim Hortons experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer service background not required but an asset.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Previous baking or food prep experience is an asset.
• Friendly and outgoing.
• Keen attention to details.
• Eager to ensure all products are available through out the shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products according to Tim Hortons Standards.
• Replenish products that are running low.
• Log products that has been prepared in our production sheet.
• Log and monitor expired products and discard them.
• Follow FIFO system (First In First Out).
• Clean, organize and sanitize work area.
