Job summary

Une chaîne de café renommée à Eastern Ontario est à la recherche d'un boulanger pour préparer divers produits de boulangerie, superviser le personnel, et assurer le respect des normes de qualité. Les candidats doivent avoir un certificat de graduation de l'école secondaire et posséder une expérience en boulangerie. Le poste est permanent et nécessite de travailler 30 à 40 heures par semaine.

Tasks
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders

  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
  • Draw up production schedules

Experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year

  • Recruits newcomers and / or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example : Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.)

  • Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth
