Job summary

Legend, working on Covers, is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to design and implement scalable backend services. You’ll contribute to real-time data and high-performance systems powering sports media experiences.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape architecture, write clean code, and drive reliability across services. This role emphasizes backend excellence, security and scalable APIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a developer with C# and ASP.NET MVC.
• Strong experience with Entity Framework, LINQ and modern .NET practices.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and event-driven systems.
• Solid SQL database experience (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Proficient with Git and NuGet; comfortable with JSON/XML data formats.
• Nice to have AWS, Agile/Scrum, or mobile development exposure.
