Responsibilities

• Utilizing your background in messaging technology and service-oriented event-driven architectures, build high-throughput, distributed systems.
• Contribute to the engineering process and culture, grow with and influence the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Become a key “go to” lead for technical challenges with the product.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with the C# language and MS .NET framework.
• Practical knowledge of LINQ and Web development technologies such as JScript and HTML5.
• Knowledge of the Quality Assurance dynamics associated with software development and the ability to resolve issues within a multidisciplinary team such as the system support group and the Quality assurance team.
• Familiar with the design and build-up of high performance and volume transactional systems.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to elaborate architecture in support of a business requirement (system design).
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• You are possessed with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and have the confidence to tackle difficult problems.
• Ability to share technical knowledge and best practices with team members.
• Experience with one or more of these is desirable. Our tech stack consists of React, Vue.js, TypeScript, Node.js, C# / .NET Core, MongoDB, Docker.
• Knowledge of MongoDB, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Linux, Git, and Docker (asset).
