Qualifications

• Strong hands-on development experience in Python for platform engineering, automation, or backend infrastructure.
• Experience building command-line tools using Python, Go, or Rust.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph, for AI-powered workflows.
• Understanding of RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and pgvector.
• Docker and GitHub Actions; familiarity with Kubernetes-based workflows and Helm.
• Experience with metrics, tracing, dashboards, logging, alerting, and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose failures and improve reliability, performance, and scale across services.
• Experience with ingestion, ETL, or large-scale data pipelines.
• Understanding of evaluation frameworks and regression testing for AI apps.

• Retrieval Systems: Understanding of RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and pgvector.
• Containers & CI/CD: Strong experience with Docker and GitHub Actions; familiarity with Kubernetes-based workflows and Helm.
• Observability: Experience with metrics, distributed tracing, dashboards, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting production issues.
