  • Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members while helping to manage budgetary goals
  • Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift
  • Assist in ensuring the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs daily

  • Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar with strong culinary production skills
