Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality of each dish while ensuring a speedy output
• Function as part of a team, with a focus on communication
• Ensure company food and plating specifications are met, while executing appropriate food handling protocols
• Uphold cleanliness of workstation, including weekly and shiftly deep cleaning
• Support in all areas of the kitchen with a positive attitude.

Mandatory Requirements

Submit a short cover letter acknowledging the following:

• Candidate must have availability on holidays. Christmas and New Years are block off period for us.
• 3-4 days evenings position, late night availability an asset. However, training for the first 3 month may be during morning hours. (8am-4pm). Depending on performance full time can be offered post probation. Please indicate availability.
• Must submit a brief cover letter no more than 1 paragraph on how a single life experience (paid or otherwise) relate to your ability to help deep‑clean a high traffic commercial kitchen environment. Please be REALLY brief with minimal AI usage.
