• Assist the retail back-of-house team with receiving and stocking new inventory.
• Track results to improve eCommerce fulfillment performance.
• Work with Customer Experience team to update order systems and communicate order statuses.
• Manage inventory and conduct cycle counts.
• Coordinate and process online returns promptly.

The Role: Our Retail team is seeking a Back of House Ecommerce Associate at JD Sports Guildford Centre. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help deliver a premium customer experience by supporting in-store fulfillment services. You will collaborate with warehouse, product, customer experience, retail, and ecommerce teams.
