The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Customer Experience Manager, you will support in delivering a premium customer experience and enhance our in-store fulfillment services. You will collaborate with the warehouse, product, customer experience, retail, and ecommerce teams.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with fulfillment leads to optimize processes
  • Process and ship orders within 24-48 hours
  • Perform daily data entry and reporting
  • Coordinate with the retail back-of-house team to receive and store new stock
  • Track results to improve eCommerce fulfillment performance
  • Work with the Customer Experience team to update systems and communicate order status
  • Manage inventory and conduct cycle counts
  • Coordinate and process online returns promptly

Skills/Knowledge/Experience needed:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A confident, calm demeanor capable of performing under pressure
  • A team player who knows when to involve senior staff and ask for support; humility is valued
  • Experience with Slack, Shopify, and warehouse management systems is a plus
