The Role: Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to support in shaping and delivering a premium experience to our customers. We’ll lean on you to elevate the performance of our in-store fulfillment services. You’ll collaborate with the warehouse, product, customer experience, retail, and eCommerce teams.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with other fulfillment leads to optimize processes
  2. Order processing and shipping to ensure the orders are processed within 24-48 hours
  3. Daily data-entry and reporting
  4. Collaborate with the retail back-of-house team to receive and put away new stock
  5. Results tracking to increase eCommerce fulfillment performance
  6. Work with the Customer Experience team to update the system and communicate order status
  7. Inventory management and cycle counts
  8. Coordination and timely processing of online returns

Skills/Knowledge/Experience needed:

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  2. A confident, calm attitude that performs well under pressure
  3. A team player who knows when it’s necessary to loop in senior staff and ask for assistance; you’re humble enough to ask for support when you need it
