The Role:

Our retail team is seeking a part-time Back of House Coordinator at our Vaughan Mills location. Join our growing team at JD Sports Canada to enhance your customer service skills and gain industry experience. The sales associate is responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences and supporting the success of the team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support Front of House associates with customer requests.
  • Manage daily operations of the stockroom, ensuring accurate labeling, organized placement, and cleanliness.
  • Handle inventory efficiently to contribute to store profitability.
  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce sales, including processing, packing, and shipping orders.
  • Communicate regularly with customer service and store teams via Slack and email.
  • Reduce store shrinkage by investigating inventory discrepancies and resolving issues.
  • Use inventory systems daily.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

  • At least 2 years of retail or stockroom experience.
  • Experience with Shopify platform is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
