Job summary

JD Sports Canada is seeking a part-time Back of House Coordinator at Galleries D'Anjou. You will support Front of House requests, lead daily stockroom operations, and ensure accurate labeling, placement, and stock cleanliness while handling online orders.

With 2+ years in retail or stockroom, familiarity with Shopify a plus, and strong communication and problem solving, you will help reduce shrinkage and maintain organized inventory to drive store profitability. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Front of House associates in pulling in-store customer requests.
• Lead day-to-day stockroom operations with labeling, placement, neatness, and cleanliness.
• Contribute to store profitability by accurately receiving, handling, and managing inventory.
• Manage end-to-end daily e-commerce orders: processing, picking, packing, and shipping to customers.
• Communicate daily with customer service and stores via Slack and email.
• Reduce store shrinkage by investigating inventory discrepancies and resolving issues.
• Daily use of our inventory system.

Our Retail team is looking for a part-time Back of House Coordinator at our Galleries D'Anjou location. Come join our quickly growing and developing team at JD Sports Canada. As a Back of House Coordinator, you will play a vital role of ensuring the success of the JD Sports Team.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support Front of House associates in pulling in-store customer requests.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the stockroom and ensure accurate labelling, logical placement, neat arrangement, and cleanliness.
• Contribute to the profitability of the retail operation by accurately receiving, handling, and managing the inventory of merchandise in a timely and organized manner.
• Managing end-to-end daily e-commerce sales which consists of processing, picking, packing and shipping orders direct to customer.
• Communicate on a daily basis with customer service and stores via slack channels and email.
• Decrease store shrinkage by researching inventory discrepancies and problem-solving issues to ensure optimal sales.
• Daily use of our inventory system.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:

• 2+ years of retail or stockroom experience required.
• Experience with Shopify platform beneficial.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
