The Role:

We are seeking a Back of House Coordinator at our Willowbrook Mall location. Join our growing team at JD Sports Canada to enhance your operations skills and gain valuable experience in retail stock management. The coordinator will play a key role in supporting the success of our team.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist Front of House staff with customer requests.
  • Manage daily operations of the stockroom, ensuring proper labeling, placement, organization, and cleanliness.
  • Handle inventory accurately to support store profitability.
  • Oversee end-to-end e-commerce order processing, including picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Communicate regularly with customer service and store teams via Slack and email.
  • Reduce inventory shrinkage by investigating discrepancies and resolving issues.
  • Utilize inventory systems daily.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:

  • Minimum of 2 years retail or stockroom experience.
  • Experience with Shopify platform is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and task-oriented mindset.
