The Role:

We are seeking a Back of House Coordinator to join our team at Willowbrook Mall. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your operations skills and gain experience in retail stock management. As a Back of House Coordinator, you will be essential to the success of the JD Sports team.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support Front of House associates with customer requests.
  • Manage daily operations of the stockroom, ensuring accurate labeling, organized placement, and cleanliness.
  • Handle inventory efficiently to contribute to store profitability.
  • Oversee end-to-end e-commerce order processing, including picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Communicate regularly with customer service and store teams via Slack and email.
  • Reduce inventory discrepancies and shrinkage through research and problem-solving.
  • Use inventory systems daily to track and manage stock.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed:

  • Minimum of 2 years retail or stockroom experience.
  • Experience with Shopify platform is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and task-oriented mindset.
