Back End Sales Support

IMMEDIATE OPENING! All eligible candidates MUST be available to work full time, 40 hours a week until at least Jan 2026.

We are hiring for a Back End Sales Support Team Member to work for a Licensed Producer located in Brantford, ON! This is an in-office position!

Requirements:

1. Successful candidates must have at least 5 years of Customer Service or Sales experience.
2. Must have a sales-focused mindset.
3. Strong data entry/accuracy with software programs is a MUST! There will be a Microsoft Excel assessment – we are looking for someone with strong Excel skills!
4. Must be able to create labels using MS Excel, place orders, and wear many hats performing various tasks as needed throughout the day.
5. Must have strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
6. MUST be able to pass a criminal background check and have own vehicle to get to work.

Pay: $20-25/hr depending on experience – this role is suited for individuals who have several years of sales/customer service experience. We pay weekly every Friday.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

In this role, you will have a lot of responsibility due to the legal aspects of the role. You will be submitting weekly reports to the CRA with high accuracy to ensure smooth company operations.

Other duties involve:

1. Receiving and processing sales orders, and analyzing results.
2. Working with sales team and coordinating promotional events/products for dispensaries.
3. Updating products on OCS website.
4. Answering phones, directing customers and answering questions.
5. Utilizing internal and government software to input data with high accuracy, ensuring no errors.
6. Using MS Suite (Word, Excel, etc) as required.
