Your role, your impact

We are seeking a skilled Back-End Java Developer with expertise in Spring Boot, Spark Databricks and REST API to join our team and support our client in the capital markets industry. You will play a key role designing, developing, and optimizing cloud-based applications while ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Your strong scripting skills and experience working in cloud environments will help drive the creation of effective solutions tailored to our client’s needs.

Develop and deploy cloud-based applications using Spring Boot;

Work with Data Lakehouse architectures to optimize data processing and storage;

Implement and manage Spark Databricks pipelines for data processing;

Develop and maintain scripts using Linux or PowerShell for automation and system management;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions.

Keys to your success

Minimum 5 years of experience with Java 8 and Spring Boot;

Experience with Hadoop and REST API;

Proficiency in Linux or PowerShell scripting;

Expertise in Spark Databricks for big data processing;

Strong SDLC knowledge.

Experience with Azure SQL and ASE;

Experience with Azure Functions for serverless computing;

Experience with AutoSys for job scheduling;

Knowledge on Event Hub, HashiCorp Vault or equivalent;

Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog.
