BA 610 - IT Healthcare Business Analyst - Remote

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for an initial contract until March 31st, 2026 with the potential for extensions! This position can be worked remotely.

Responsibilities

Digital Health will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

Qualifications

1. 10+ years' experience as an analyst supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping, including documenting customer requirements and business processes, and identifying capability gaps.
2. 5+ years' experience implementing healthcare projects, including analysis of healthcare service delivery and working with clinical stakeholders.
3. 3+ years' experience in a project management or lead role, developing project scope, plans, and schedules.
4. 1+ year of experience mapping and analyzing healthcare service delivery processes in an ITIL environment, including performance metrics.
5. 5+ years' experience supporting information system training by delivering end-user training and developing training materials.
6. 3+ years' experience working with Allscripts or Altera solutions in a healthcare environment.
