Vancouver - B2B Tech Sales - Permanent

Attention recent tech and business graduates! Our downtown Vancouver client, a global leader in AI, software development and drone technology, is seeking dynamic Lead Generation Specialists to join their new Sales and Marketing team. This is a permanent, on-site role.

If you have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Technology or a related field, this opportunity could be your entry into this dynamic industry.

Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads and support the sales funnel through outbound and inbound activities.
  • Engage prospects via email, phone, and social channels; conduct cold outreach as needed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and data analytics to track performance and drive improvements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data quality (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar).
Qualifications
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and data analytics.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and PPC advertising strategies.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with cold outreach, email marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead targets.
  • Knowledge of the Drone Industry and SaaS software is a plus.
Details

This is a permanent position with a salary range of $45,000–$50,000 plus benefits. The role is 100% on-site, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
