Forge Simulations creates custom virtual training simulations for businesses in industries such as healthcare, law enforcement, and retail. Our goal is to help companies train employees efficiently through immersive learning solutions.

We are hiring a B2B Sales Representative for a 3-month commission-based contract to help expand our client base.

Role Overview:

The B2B Sales Representative will be responsible for securing new clients who need custom virtual training simulations. This role requires in-person or remote meetings with clients, strong networking skills, and the ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new B2B clients in industries that require virtual training solutions.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person or remote meetings with decision-makers (HR managers, training coordinators, business owners).
  • Deliver professional sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • 100% Commission-Based (No Base Salary)
  • Earn 10% commission on every closed deal
  • Performance Bonuses for meeting quarterly sales goals

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or training solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience in high-ticket sales is a plus.
  • Consistently generate leads and secure new clients.
  • Maintain professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
  • Represent Forge Simulations with a focus on delivering value and fostering trust.
