City Wide Facility Solutions - Toronto is seeking a tenacious Sales Executive to join our team! If you excel at prospecting, selling with confidence and integrity, and understanding client needs, this opportunity is for you.

This is a pure sales role focused on prospecting and closing deals. Responsibilities include new business development through cold-calling and walk-ins, with minimal post-sale account management. You will work in a structured, sales-driven environment, collaborating with Business Development Account Managers and leadership to promote City Wide's UVP and build profitable client relationships.

Successful Sales Executives can earn over $100,000 in their first year with rapid career growth. Priority will be given to candidates with a successful track record in similar environments.

The territory includes Toronto, Etobicoke, Vaughn, and Woodbridge; candidates should have easy access to these locations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and qualify potential clients
  • Schedule appointments, understand client needs, and deliver initial presentations
  • Close sales by building rapport, explaining services, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts
  • Prospect for at least 20 hours weekly
  • Use CRM to manage customer data and maintain Hot 25 list
  • Maintain professionalism to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements :

  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably recent
  • Proven success (e.g., achieving 105% of sales goal over 2 years)
  • Strong prospecting skills and territory development
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data management
  • Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales
  • Outgoing, dynamic personality and positive attitude
  • Organized, with ability to move clients from prospect to close
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to coordinate with teams effectively
