What We Offer

The B2B Marketing Associate will be instrumental in driving lead generation and brand awareness within the cryptocurrency and digital asset space. This role requires a strong foundation in marketing, with autonomy in strategy development and implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage a range of marketing initiatives, and use your expertise to amplify our brand’s presence and engage potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Outreach

  1. Identify and engage B2B prospects within cryptocurrency and finance, building a robust pipeline.
  2. Implement new lead generation strategies to acquire new leads and qualify prospects through various marketing channels.
  3. Execute targeted email and direct outreach campaigns, booking meetings, and qualifying leads in collaboration with sales.

Event and Conference Management

  1. Plan, budget, and coordinate in-person and virtual events, securing opportunities to enhance brand awareness and establish industry presence.
  2. Research and organize speaking engagements, event partnerships, and co-hosting opportunities.

SEO and Content Optimization

  1. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search visibility and website performance.
  2. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and drive lead generation.
  3. Publish and maintain website content, articles, and updates, ensuring alignment with SEO strategies and compliance requirements.

Sales and Marketing Collateral

  1. Develop and manage a comprehensive library of marketing materials, and affiliated offerings, ensuring consistent branding.
  2. Create white-label materials for brokerage clients and templates for cohesive branding across digital platforms.

PR and Brand Awareness

  1. Secure article placements, public commentary, and speaking opportunities for internal leaders to enhance brand visibility.
  2. Promote executive thought leadership through articles, podcasts, and webinars, strengthening brand authority.

Marketing Analytics, Reporting, and Financial Coordination

  1. Track and analyze key metrics related to lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness to optimize ROI.
  2. Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  3. Coordinate marketing-related subscriptions and expenses, and prepare an annual report summarizing marketing achievements.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and digital asset sector.
  3. Demonstrated experience in SEO, email marketing, and lead generation.
  4. Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and email management platforms.
  5. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data to drive informed decisions.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  8. Exceptional organizational and presentation skills.
  9. Highly skilled in learning on the job.
