Qualifications

  • What will you do?

    The Account Executive is responsible for boosting revenue and fostering sales expansion by identifying, engaging, and acquiring potential clients in a designated region. This involves :

    1. Creating new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, and leading sales presentations.
    2. Building strong relationships between the company's products, services, and value proposition by engaging in meaningful conversations with senior IT executives within the assigned territory.
    3. Achieving and surpassing set objectives and performance metrics.

    What are you required to have?

    1. A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
    2. 2+ years of frontline sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced B2B sales environment, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
    3. Willingness to learn continuously about the product and customer, and to apply this knowledge effectively.
    4. Exceptional communication and sales skills, capable of engaging both internal teams and external clients, including senior executives.
    5. Strong active listening skills to understand and respond effectively to customer needs.
    6. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple sales activities efficiently.
    7. Persistence and resilience in managing the sales process, overcoming setbacks with creativity and a solutions-focused approach.
    8. Business acumen to leverage insights into the IT landscape for engaging customers effectively.
    9. Self-motivation and awareness of personal strengths and areas for development.
    10. Experience in advisory, information, or business services is a plus.
