Job description

Canadian Helicopters is looking for a B212 AME to work on equal rotations in Iqaluit.

Reporting to Eastern Chief Engineer, the B212 AME will be required to:

  • Plan and perform aircraft maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Organize and maintain the hangar and support equipment.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid Transport Canada M1 and/or M2 AME license.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Canada. (This position is not available for sponsorship).
  • Must be eligible to obtain Aircraft Certification Authority (ACA) on Bell 212/412.
  • Must be able to obtain Access to Controlled Goods clearance under the company’s approval.
  • Must be organized and a self-starter.
  • Must be customer focused and a team player.
  • Must have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Schedule: rotations: 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off
