Job summary

FLINT is seeking a Journeyperson B-Pressure Hand Welder for our Sherwood Park, AB site. You will join a team that builds and maintains critical infrastructure, bringing years of fabrication experience to precision welding on demanding projects.

This temporary role offers a Monday to Thursday, 10-hour schedule, safety commitments, and opportunities to advance in a supportive, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of construction or fabrication experience.
• Valid Journeyperson Welder certificate/ticket.
• Meet minimum safety ticket requirements: CSTS-2020 and WHMIS.
• Mandatory welding tickets: B-Pressure, Class-A, CWB, FCAW/MCAW.
• Physically capable of performing demanding tasks in varying conditions.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Weld on projects at our Sherwood Park site, contributing to infrastructure fabrication and maintenance.
• Work safely and in accordance with quality standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with the site team to meet project timelines and milestones.

• Must have own reliable transportation to site.
• Valid driver's license and clean 5-year Driver's Abstract with under 6 demerits.
• This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
