Job summary

A staffing solutions company is seeking a Technical Lead in Ottawa. The ideal candidate will have extensive Azure experience, lead technical teams, and mentor key roles to support solution delivery. Responsibilities include defining delivery frameworks, providing architectural leadership, and communicating design options to stakeholders. This is a 6-month contract position requiring onsite work at least once a week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading development and design teams in a managerial role.
• Understanding of GDPR, PIPEDA, and SOC 2.
• Experience implementing observability with Azure Monitor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct technical team members.
• Provide architectural and technical leadership.
• Mentor key technical roles during development.

Skills

Extensive experience with software development and design on the Azure platform

Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps

Hands-on experience designing Azure Data Factory pipelines

Deep understanding of Azure Well-Architected Framework

Ability to create clear architecture diagrams

Education

Degree in computer science or computer engineering
