Bilingual Azure DevOps Engineer

We are currently seeking a qualified Bilingual Azure DevOps Engineer. The role involves leading the migration of on-prem VMware environments to Azure VMware Solution (AVS), managing VMware vSphere administration, configuring networking and backup strategies, and implementing CI/CD automation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the migration of virtual machines (VMs) from VMware vSphere to Azure VMware Solution (AVS).
2. Work on Network Virtual appliance.
3. Work on AVS network infra configuration.
4. Develop and implement migration plans.
5. Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts to enhance deployment processes.
6. Backup strategy with VEEAM and DR automation.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application dependencies and requirements.

Basic Qualifications

1. Proven experience in VMware vSphere administration and migration projects.
2. Strong knowledge of Azure VMware Solution (AVS) and Azure services.
3. Experience with Windows & Linux servers.
4. Experience with Azure Migrate and VMware HCX.
5. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
6. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
7. Bilingual in English & French.
