Qualifications

• Experience leading developers in large organizations and hands-on coding daily.
• Strong ETL knowledge and data modeling (relational and dimensional).
• Experience with Azure data services (Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, Azure SQL).
• Familiar with TDD, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with source control and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead data engineering teams and drive ingestion pipelines in Azure.
• Architect and implement end-to-end data solutions; code daily.
• Propose refactoring improvements and mentor peers.
