Skills Required:

• Experience in data migration from Hadoop HDFS to Azure Data Lake.
• Design and implement framework in Azure for extracting, loading, transforming, cleaning, and validating data.
• Serve as the subject matter expert related to Azure, cloud applications.
• Responsible for designing and providing technical direction to data engineers, data analysts, data integration developers, and database administrators.
• Ensure quality assurance of all design and development deliverables.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming using JSON, XML, and/or PowerShell.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Analyze current business practices, processes, and procedures, and identify future business opportunities leveraging Microsoft Azure Data & Analytics Services.
• Support planning and implementation of data design services, including sizing, configuration, and needs assessments.
• Deliver data transformations and modernize enterprise data solutions using Azure cloud data technologies.
• Experience with data process orchestration and end-to-end design of batch data pipelines.
• Azure Data Engineering or Databricks certification is preferred.
