What You’ll Be Doing

If you love driving on country roads and have an interest in agriculture, then we can’t wait to talk to you! We are looking for Truck Drivers eager to go above and beyond delivering our products to growers.

Your responsibilities will include a variety of administrative support and office clerical functions, such as:

  • Operating all assigned vehicles, including single or tandem axle trucks, forklifts, etc., following safety standards and proper operation techniques.
  • Performing and recording daily safety checks, conducting pre-trip inspections, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.
  • Loading and unloading containers, pallets, or materials safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and compliance with regulations.
  • Ensuring timely deliveries and pickups, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining professionalism.
  • Completing all necessary documentation accurately, including bills of lading, delivery slips, and invoices.
  • Maintaining accurate logbooks and records of cargo daily.

What You Bring To The Table

You should possess:

  • A valid class AZ license, a clean driving abstract, and the ability to maintain insurability.
  • A strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read maps, work orders, and follow specific delivery instructions.
  • Experience driving off-road.
  • Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Working Conditions

Mostly outdoors and behind the wheel, involving physical activities like loading/unloading, inspecting vehicles, walking, and climbing. May include irregular hours, overtime, evenings, weekends, and handling hazardous products.
