What you’ll be working on:

The primary responsibility of this position is to prepare goods for transport and operate a cargo truck safely to move items between production and retail facilities.

What you have:

  • A full Class AZ Truck License with air brake endorsement, capable of operating truck/tractor-trailer combinations.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • A clean driver’s abstract and the ability to provide it annually.
  • Trustworthiness, as the driver is responsible for high-value assets.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of tools and supplies.
  • Effective reading and writing skills, courtesy, good communication, concentration, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Reaching overhead, pushing, pulling, standing, bending, crouching, repetitive hand use, and grasping, with specific time percentages noted.
  • Ability to navigate environments with industrial machinery, heavy equipment, elevated and uneven surfaces, heights, and forklifts safely.

Minimum Required Education, Training, and Experience:

  • Strong customer service culture
  • Obedience to traffic laws
  • Truck loading/unloading, merchandising, donation support, workstation organization, target achievement, loss prevention, and safety procedures.
  • Basic math skills at a high school level.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Travel: Less than 10%
