Position Summary

Responsible for transporting a variety of cargo on a trailer while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and securing loads properly. Your role includes conducting pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, managing delivery schedules, and operating the vehicle safely on various routes.

Schedule

Day Shift, Monday to Friday

What You Will Do

• Start and finish each day at our Cornwall facility
• Making local and regional deliveries in a safe and timely manner
• Maintain accurate logbooks and daily driving records using ELD
• Maintain regular contact with dispatch and report delays, issues and route changes
• Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking tires, brakes, lights, and cargo securement, and report any issues to the maintenance department for timely repairs

What You’ll Bring

• 3 years of verifiable AZ driving experience
• LTL experience is an asset
• Less than high school, but has basic reading, communication, and arithmetic skills to follow direction
• Valid AZ license / Class 1 license

Along With The Following Skills & Competencies

• Must be comfortable with both city and highway driving, regular tight turns, and backing up into small docks
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs when required
• Follow company rules and regulations in regards to safety and hours of service
• Excellent customer service skills
