Apply locations Toronto, Ontario time type Full time posted on Posted 30+ Days Ago job requisition id R25570 The Tractor Trailer Driver will operate tractor-trailer trucks on assigned route to service customers in a safe and efficient manner. The Driver will be hauling open top/walking floor trailers of wood from North York to Bowmanville.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tractor-trailer truck on assigned route to haul trailers of wood from site to site.

• Ensure all wood is emptied out of the trailer when dumping a load.

• Provide CSR with each trailer number after the load is dumped and net weight.

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip safety lane inspections and reports, daily truck report, route sheets and other documentation requested by supervisor daily.

• Communicate vehicle mechanical problems to mechanic and supervisor immediately.

Key Requirements:

• Must possess a valid AZ license.

• Minimum one (1) year of AZ commercial driving experience.

• Minimum one (1) year of manual transmission experience.

• Must be able to meet relevant criteria for safety sensitive functions according to Company standards

• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to safely drive the truck and operate the equipment
