Position: AZ Propane Tanker Driver
Compensation: $32/hour + Overtime after 60 hours - Payroll only
Schedule: 3-4 shifts per week, 12 -1 4 hours per shift (day or night), sleeper berth truck
Term: October 2025 - March 2026

We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious AZ Drivers to join our client's team for seasonal propane deliveries to commercial customers throughout Ottawa and nearby regions. Drivers will start their routes from one of three designated terminals: Valleyfield, QC; Napanee, ON; or Stittsville, ON.

This role involves extended trips - typically four consecutive days on the road - requiring flexibility, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safe operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a propane tanker truck safely and efficiently, ensuring prompt delivery to assigned customers.
  • Complete all required documentation, including accurate ELD logs and trip reports.
  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, promptly reporting any mechanical or safety issues.
  • Comply with all transportation regulations, company policies, and industry safety standards.
  • Identify and address potential safety hazards during deliveries.
  • Maintain current knowledge of TDG, WHMIS, and other relevant safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • Valid AZ license with at least 3 years of tractor-trailer driving experience.
  • Clean driver\'s abstract, CVOR, and criminal record check (mandatory).
  • Willingness to work on a rotating schedule of 4 days on, 4 days off, including some statutory holidays.
  • Comfortable with long-haul / OTR (Over-The-Road) work and overnight stays in the truck.
