Battlefield Equipment Rentals is seeking an AZ Class Heavy Equipment Delivery Driver for Brampton, ON. You will deliver equipment to customer sites, load and secure loads, and maintain clear communication with dispatch. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and independence.

Qualifications

• Delivery driving experience delivering construction or landscaping equipment to job sites.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for making customers feel valued.
• AZ Class Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with safe driving practices and construction site requirements.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to work independently with strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with construction equipment and building products.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver equipment safely and efficiently to customer job sites.
• Load, unload, tie down, and secure all equipment per safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company on job sites.
• Maintain communication with dispatch regarding schedules and route changes.
• Update driver logs and documentation accurately.
• Inspect loads and equipment for damages and report issues promptly.
• Prepare for next-day deliveries by fueling trucks and pre-loading equipment.
• Collaborate with branch team to support daily operations and customer needs.
• Follow workplace safety protocols and environmentally sound practices.
