Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of assigned projects.
2. Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and the industrial services shop.
3. Perform power washing and high-pressure water blasting as required.
4. Conduct industrial cleaning of chemical non-hazardous and hazardous wastes.
5. Line snaking, drain and pipe inspections as required.
6. Assist with vacuum truck/plant operations as required.
7. Perform confined space entry for industrial services projects.
8. Work while using respirators or supplied air breathing apparatus.
9. Shovel, jackhammer, squeegee, scrape, and perform heavy lifting as required.
10. Operate pick-up trucks, utility trailers, forklifts, excavators, bobcats, etc.
11. Operate aerial boom lifts/scissor lifts as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

• AZ/DZ license required for operators.
• Underground common core training.
• Comfortable with physical labour (80%) and driving (20%).
• Must be clean shaven (required for fit testing/respirator).
• Experience working in industrial settings is an asset.
• Ability to multi-task, follow directions, and work independently or within a team.
• Flexibility to work various hours/shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures (hot or cold).
• Experience working at heights greater than 3 meters.
• Previous experience with vacuum trucks, industrial power-washing, water-blasting, or liquid waste industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience with confined space entry or work at heights is an asset.
• Experience with respirators and supplied air systems is an asset.
