GFL Environmental is seeking a G/DZ/AZ Commercial Box Truck Operator to join our growing liquid team in Brantford. The driver will need to demonstrate motivation, professionalism, and excellent customer service to build positive relationships and promote GFL's services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily pre and post trip inspections of trucks.
• Complete assigned routes as directed by the Operations Manager.
• Provide exceptional on-site customer service and promote GFL’s offerings.
• Operate a box truck, deliver products, and pick up waste materials, including oil filters, plastics, drums of automotive fluids, and service parts washers/spray guns.
• Complete service paperwork per GFL and TDG regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the truck and equipment.
• Participate in safety programs, including meetings and hazard assessments.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

• Valid G/DZ/AZ Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission (required).
• Availability for full-time day shifts (8-10 hours).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Customer service experience.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Experience in safety-sensitive environments.
• Willingness to work out of town and overnight if needed.
• Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs.
• Waste management experience is an asset.
