Job summary

XTL Transport Inc. is seeking a dynamic Class 1 Driver to join our U.S. division based in Vaudreuil.

The role emphasizes safe, compliant operations and strong customer service in a team‑oriented environment. We offer a flexible schedule (Thursday–Monday) with dedicated Driver Manager support, on‑site parking, and a culture focused on safety, growth, and professional development. Qualifications

• Must have valid Class 1 License - mandatory
• 1 year of Class 1 driving experience/ 6 months CFTR experience - mandatory
• Clean Drive Abstract - preferred
• Clear Criminal search – mandatory
• 6 months of US experience - mandatory

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive tractors and move freight in a safe and responsible manner assigned by XTL Transport Inc., while in compliance with all laws and transportation regulations while maintaining a safe driving record.
• Maintain compliance with XTL Transport policies and procedures, while working safely.
• As an XTL Driver Ambassador, establish and maintain positive working relationships with the primary contacts at each account
• Complete all necessary paperwork fully and accurately
• In collaboration with the dispatch team, get the opportunity to drive dedicated routes
• Able to keep an activities e-log and log hours efficiently
• Maintain a positive attitude towards customers
• Maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions
• Collect and verify delivery instructions
