Job Title: AZ Truck Driver

Location: Timberfield Roof Truss, London, Canada Metropolitan Area

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced AZ Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience with a clean abstract and CVOR. You will be responsible for local and cross-border deliveries, ensuring loads are transported safely and efficiently. Deliveries involve flatbed trucks and may include wide loads. If you are self-motivated and possess excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate AZ trucks for local and cross-border deliveries within the USA.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Secure loads properly and manage cargo handling.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and logs.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
  • Comply with transportation regulations, including US DOT drug/alcohol testing for border crossings.
  • Prioritize safety and customer service at all times.

Requirements:

  • AZ License with a clean driver's abstract and CVOR (current copies required).
  • Minimum of 3 years AZ driving experience.
  • Experience with oversized loads is preferred.
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission.
  • Cross-border capabilities required.
  • Ability to strap loads securely.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable and able to perform calmly under pressure.
  • Ability to understand and follow GPS navigation.
  • Willingness to undergo drug/alcohol testing through the US DOT Clearinghouse for border crossing.
