Job Description
Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring an AWS Cloud Engineer for one of its Client from Healthcare Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage container orchestration platforms, including monitoring Amazon.
• EKS clusters, implementing Kubernetes autoscaling, and ensuring robust Docker container management.
• Build, package, and deploy applications into containers using tools like Docker and Podman, that includes creating Docker files, container images, and managing container registries.
• Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for containerized applications, enabling automated builds, testing, and deployments.
• Setup monitoring and logging solutions for containerized applications, such as Prometheus and Grafana, to ensure visibility and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Analyze and optimize the performance of containerized applications, including resource allocation, horizontal scaling, and load balancing.
• Develop Shell/Python scripts, AWS Lambda functions, and CloudFormation templates to automate cloud resource creation, including accounts, network services, and firewall rules.
• Build CI/CD pipelines using AWS Code Pipeline or GitLab Runner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, procedures, and runbooks.

Necessary Skills

• 3- 5 years of hands-on experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer with AWS cloud services in a multi-account production environment.
• Hands-on experience with building AWS Lambda functions.
• Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, Fargate.
• Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipeline (AWS Code Pipeline, GitLab Runner, Ansible).
• Familiar with AWS network services such as VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect Gateway, Route 53, API Gateway, and Gateway Load Balancer.
• Familiar with scripting languages (Shell, Python, CloudFormation).
• Excellent writing, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
