Who Youll Work With

You will report to the Head of Growth and Commercial Operations, contributing strategically and operationally across the business, balancing data-driven decisions with storytelling and leadership.

What Youll Be Doing

We seek a high-performing Marketing Director eager to advance into an AVP Growth and Brand Marketing role. This position will lead our go-to-market strategy and growth initiatives, requiring strategic vision, executional depth, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will oversee integrated marketing for B2B and B2C audiences, helping Kii Health expand market share and achieve measurable business results.

Growth Marketing

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for B2B and B2C segments, including acquisition, activation, performance marketing, SEO/ASO, partnerships, and referral channels.
  • Manage performance marketing efforts to accelerate lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Optimize campaigns based on funnel metrics and analytics, focusing on CPL, CAC, and ROI.
  • Coordinate landing pages, lead magnets, and email marketing with internal and external teams.
  • Collaborate with sales to align on pipeline goals, qualification, and lead handoff processes.

Brand and Messaging

  • Refine Kii Health’s brand positioning and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Create compelling narratives for B2B services targeting HR decision-makers, health plan buyers, and partners.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across digital, print, email, events, and sales materials.
  • Guide content creation for thought leadership, case studies, blogs, and social media.
  • Implement Kii’s brand mission throughout customer touchpoints.

Marketing Strategy Planning & Activation

  • Design and implement insight-driven marketing plans supporting growth in employer-sponsored and direct-to-consumer segments.
  • Translate insights into briefs; collaborate with Product and Commercial teams on positioning and messaging.
  • Lead creative and media strategies with agency partners.
  • Support client council initiatives with the Commercial team.

Execution Budget & Leadership

  • Manage and mentor in-house and agency teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Foster a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Set KPIs and monitor marketing performance against strategic goals.
  • Oversee marketing budget allocation and efficiency.
  • Create scorecards to track delivery and outcomes.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 8-12 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 in growth, digital, or performance marketing.
  • Proven success in demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Deep familiarity with CRM, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), ad platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to translate customer insights into compelling campaigns and positioning.

What You Need to Stand Out

  • Experience in healthcare, B2B SaaS, HR tech, or service industries is preferred.
