  • Build trusted relationships and communicate complex ideas clearly to actuarial and non-actuarial audiences.
  • Promote a collaborative hybrid team environment that encourages curiosity, accountability, high-quality work, and professional growth.

This role will shape Sagicor’s product portfolio, accelerate how new ideas reach the market, and help build the next generation of actuarial leadership.

Qualifications

  • Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
  • Seven to ten years of actuarial experience in life insurance, annuities, or closely related financial services.
  • Demonstrated success pricing U.S. annuity products and applying actuarial judgment to product design, profitability, capital, and risk considerations.
  • Strong working knowledge of the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product design, actuarial modeling, governance, regulatory filings, implementation, and performance monitoring.
