Responsibilities :

  • Advise clients on a wide range of M&A transactions, from small to large-scale deals.
  • Draft and negotiate corporate agreements, including share and asset purchase agreements.
  • Take ownership of smaller files while contributing to larger, complex mandates.
  • Support due diligence efforts and manage deal timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and other team members to ensure high-quality client service.
  • Engage in additional corporate and commercial work, including venture capital and banking transactions.
  • Build a practice aligned with your interests—lawyers are encouraged to pursue specialized areas of focus.
  • Reasonable billable target offering true work-life balance.
  • Supportive, collegial team culture that values mentorship and autonomy.

Requirements :

  • Member of the Québec Bar.

  • Excellent judgment, client management abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.
