What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage M&A transactions from start to finish.
• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts related to business operations.
• Provide legal guidance on corporate reorganizations and governance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation for clients.
• Conduct legal research and keep up with industry trends.
• Support business development and client acquisition efforts.

What The Firm Is Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in corporate law (M&A, commercial transactions, and contracts).
• Law degree and member of the Quebec Bar Association.
• Fully bilingual (French & English) to serve a diverse client base.
• High autonomy and ability to manage files independently.
• Strategic, business-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
• Strong team player with excellent client relationship skills.
• Salary of 100K+ with additional incentives.
• 3 weeks of vacation in the first year, increasing to 4 weeks from year two.
• Flexible work schedule, with expectations to meet workload requirements.
