Job description

We are seeking a lawyer with three (3) to five (5) years to join our employment and labour group who has relevant experience in a transactional labor and employment law practice.

Key responsibilities :

In this role, you will be called upon to work proactively on a wide variety of Canadian and international cases. As a specialist in employment and labor law, you will collaborate with the firm's business law team in large-scale, complex transactions with a diverse and sophisticated clientele : due diligence, review of compensation plans, employment and independent contractor agreements, restrictive covenant agreements; corporate policies, collective agreements, share or asset purchase agreements, etc.
