A leading law firm in Canada is seeking a lawyer to join their employment and labor group. This position requires three to five years of relevant experience in transactional labor law, excellent analytical skills, and bilingual proficiency. You will engage in diverse cases and work alongside a sophisticated clientele, contributing to complex transactions in a dynamic environment.
We are seeking a lawyer with three (3) to five (5) years to join our employment and labour group who has relevant experience in a transactional labor and employment law practice.
Key responsibilities :
In this role, you will be called upon to work proactively on a wide variety of Canadian and international cases. As a specialist in employment and labor law, you will collaborate with the firm's business law team in large-scale, complex transactions with a diverse and sophisticated clientele : due diligence, review of compensation plans, employment and independent contractor agreements, restrictive covenant agreements; corporate policies, collective agreements, share or asset purchase agreements, etc.
