Job summary
Aerotek is seeking an Avionics Technician to troubleshoot and test avionics systems in accordance with aircraft maintenance manuals and other approved documents. You will assist with the installation of new avionics upgrades and work within a collaborative team to ensure high-quality service.
Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of relevant experience, AME E license, and hands-on experience with electrical, navigation, and flight control systems.

We are seeking a skilled Avionics Technician to troubleshoot and test avionics systems in accordance with aircraft maintenance manuals and other approved technical or regulatory documents. The role also involves assisting with the installation of new avionics upgrades.

- Assist in the installation of new avionics upgrades.

- Troubleshooting and testing electrical, navigation, communication, and flight control systems.
- Installation of avionics systems.
- Experience in wire harnessing and possessing AME E license.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with corporate aircraft, De Havilland DHC 8 series, and CL415/215 aircraft is an asset.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as required.
- Availability for travel during AOG recovery operations or short offsite installations.
- Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
