Work Environment

The work environment is clean and organized, located at the Global Completion Center in Dorval, where aircrafts are onsite. The facility is unionized, providing a structured and collaborative work culture. Team sizes vary depending on the group, and employees are required to wear steel toe work boots, company uniforms, and safety glasses. Flexibility to work day, evening, and night shifts is essential to accommodate project needs.
