Job summary

Porter Airlines Inc. is seeking a Warranty and Repairs professional to manage warranty repairs for aircraft components and to recoup costs from manufacturers.

The role requires maintaining strong supplier relationships and efficient claim processing from a central procurement function. Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in warranty administration, aviation preferred.
• Strong understanding of warranty principles and contractual agreements.
• Experience in technical repair within aviation is an asset.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create repair orders for defective aircraft parts with warranty details.
• Process warranty claims for purchase and repair of aircraft parts and tooling.
• Review warranty agreements and Service Bulletins to identify warranty coverage.
• Communicate with vendors, repair facilities, and internal departments to track repair progress and reconcile invoicing.
• Analyze repair quotes to ensure compliance with warranty terms and identify discrepancies.
• Manage return of unserviceable components for the exchange program.
• Maintain records and files per company policy.
• Participate in Porter’s Safety Management System and promote Safety Policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
