Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Training Delivery Specialist in Montreal to oversee screening officer training, develop curricula, and ensure compliance with aviation security standards.

The role requires a post-secondary diploma, 3–5 years in aviation or security, and at least 3 years in training/curriculum development. Fluency in French is required; English is an asset. Expect coordination across multiple departments and potential travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in aviation or security industry.
• 3 years in a training/curriculum development role.

Responsibilities

• Manage training requirements by deploying the TR team.
• Coordinate training activities for protocol and standard updates.
• Execute training and follow-up based on priorities.
• Design and execute Return to Work Programs for Screening Officers.
• Deliver/manage resources for orientation, e-modules, SOF, and OJT.
• Ensure client-defined coaching plans are completed within compliance.
• Maintain NTCP-compliant training records and database.
• Provide access to training records and report KPIs.
• Analyze training trends with the Program Delivery Manager.
• Participate in interviews to assess training role suitability.
• Monitor GardaWorld regulations within training programs.
